Ağaoğlu My Towerland project will meet all of its annual energy needs of 36 million kWh with renewable energy. Sky Towers, the first phase of My Towerland, consists of 2 towers with 41 and 31 floors. The project, which includes a total of 420 flats and 1+1, 2+1, 3+1 and 4+1 penthouses, was designed to meet all kinds of needs and quests as a result of long researches.

Indoor parking, outdoor pool, fitness center, sauna, steam bath, rest areas, nursery, tennis, basketball and volleyball courts are designed to enrich and facilitate the lives of Sky Towers residents. In addition to the fire alarm system, air conditioning in the bedroom and living room, aspirator, combi device, built-in dishwasher, oven and stove, in order to further increase the quality of life, a special storage area and generator service were also provided for each flat.
