Spiral, also known as 66 Hudson Avenue, is a 66-story skyscraper under construction in Hudson Yards, Manhattan, New York City. The project was announced in 2016 as a 317 m skyscraper with 265,000 m 2 and 66 floors. The tower is being designed by the Danish architectural firm, Bjarke Ingels Group, which also designed the nearby West 57.
The spiral is located on 34th Street between Hudson Avenue and Tenth Avenue.
It has participated in other developments made possible by rezoning, including The Spiral, Hudson Yards, 3 Hudson Boulevard, and Manhattan West. A distinctive feature of the building is the open gardens that surround the building on each floor.
